6. Fees and Payments

Shopi.lk offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shopi.lk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopi.lk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by sellers on the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shopi.lk, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
